One Ingredient Pineapple Sorbet

I have a short and sweet post (and recipe) for you today.  I recently ordered a pineapple frosty from a fruit stand that was de-licious.  They simply ran frozen pineapple threw a Champion juicer and it came out smooth and creamy.  I wanted to come up with something similar that was easier for everyone to make at home without buying a special juicer.  I was not sure how it was going to come out but a food processor worked perfectly.

Pineapple Sorbet Title

When you process frozen pineapple chunks in the food processor it appears to look pretty icy, but as soon as you scoop it out, all those sweet pineapple crystals come together perfectly.  It was just like fruity sorbet but no sugar, no additives, and no chemicals.  Only fruity pineapple goodness.  It is the perfect treat on a hot summer day and hits the spot.  Your sweet tooth won’t know that it has only one ingredient.
